Cancelation and No-show Policy:

  • We require our guests to give us 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment for any reason. Failure to do so we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service or your deposit fee based on your service booked. Same applies for a no show. 

 

Refund Policy on Services:

  • Please contact the salon or your stylist if you are not satisfied with your service. A no-charge redo service or alternative solution will be offered at the salon. We do not issue refunds for any services provided. We guarantee our work, and any adjustments to haircuts or colours are always available within the first week of your service.

Refund Policy on Products:

  • Not satisfied with a product or it’s damaged? Please bring the product back with the original the receipt within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or credit on a California Hair gift card. We do not issue cash, credit, or debit refunds. 

 

All services include a complimentary consultation, shampoo and blow dry.

All prices are at starting and may vary depending on hair length, density, and texture.
